Training schedule: 4 weeks; Mon-Fri 9:00am -6:00pm Multiple Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon and Overnight French/ English Speaker: $ 19hr - $19.78hr English Speaker only: $18.20hr - $18.98hr
The right candidate would be able to:
- Available to work ON-SITE.
- Must have 6 months of call center experience (Required).
- Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Have a HS diploma or GED (Min. Req)

Responsibilities
- Be the First Responder: Promptly answer incoming emergency calls from drivers involved in automobile accidents.
- Coordinate Lifelines: Gather critical information and swiftly dispatch police, fire, or medical services to the scene.
- Provide Vital Services: Assist with Stolen Vehicle Recovery, Automatic Collision Notifications, and Enhanced Roadside Assistance.
- Be the Calm in the Storm: Offer emotional support, reassurance, and clear guidance to callers in high-distress situations.
