Job Description

This is not another customer service job.

What You’ll Do

• Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, and professional way
• Follow game procedures and on screen instructions
• Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Current Openings

• 3pm to 11pm
• 5pm to 1am
• 7pm to 3am
• 11pm to 7am
• Weekend availability is required

Who We’re Looking For

• Have customer service, call center, retail, reception, hospitality, or cashier experience
• Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Can follow procedures consistently
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional
• Want to use your people skills in a completely different environment
• Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts

No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming licenses
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in the upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from at least four feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally with players
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights
