Training schedule: 4 weeks; Mon-Fri 9:00am -6:00pm Multiple Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon and Overnight
The right candidate would be able to:
- Available to work ON-SITE.
- Must have 6 months of call center experience (Required).
- Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Have a HS diploma or GED (Min. Req)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do - Execute Critical Operations: Serve as a primary dispatcher for emergency calls, stolen vehicle tracking, and roadside assistance programs, staying calm and decisive under pressure.
- Deliver Premium Customer Experiences: Handle incoming vehicle communications and inquiries, providing precise, expert guidance on advanced vehicle programs and connectivity services.
- Drive Loyalty & Retention: Build immediate trust with drivers, using root-cause analysis and swift resolution strategies to solve complex issues and retain long-term brand loyalty.
- Leverage Dual-Language Expertise: Seamlessly transition between fluent English and French (written and spoken) to deliver top-tier support across diverse customer bases.
What You Bring - Proven Call Center Experience: Background in high-volume, dynamic contact centers where quality standards, protocols, and metrics drive success.
- Crisis Management Skills: Exceptional composure, empathy, and speed when handling sensitive, urgent, or high-stress customer situations.
- Proficiency: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and French.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive drive to investigate inquiries, navigate technical program guidelines, and deliver clear solutions.
